Is your carnival, fund rairser or fall fair tax free? Please complete the Texas State Sales Tax Form including your Tax ID number and your signature to be exempt from taxes. Click on the link to print out the form. You may either mail it in with the payment, or fax it to us at 413-385-2622. Our online processor will automatically add tax - we will refund the taxes paid with your completed form.
