Return Policy

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the purchase date.

Carnival Savers does charge a 15% restocking fee for all merchandise returned. For example, if you ordered 6 packages and only used 2 and wish to return 4 unopened packages.)

Of course, if there is a problem with the quality of an item, that is covered under our 100% Guarantee!

All items must be new condition and in original packaging. (Due to safety for all customers, candy and gum cannot be returned.)

Please contact us prior to shipping for exact instructions. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Please note: if you used a Discount Code or Free Shipping Offer for orders $300 or more, and your return reduces your total order under the minimum required, we will need to charge the standard shipping fee and/or your Discount Code may become invalid because your order did not reach the minimum order amount after the return.

Note: For Specialty BULK Purchases - large quantity orders (Generally $2000 or more of one product) All products purchased in "Bulk" with bulk discounts are are considered "All Sales Final". These typically are specialty items and we request do diligence when making large purchases of one product. We are happy to send a sample to ensure you are happy with the product you will be receiving.

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
